Yes that’s correct Net Gaming should be $40,751.41, NOT $33,719.79 as shown.
EG – I’ve been hit for a loss in commission of $2,104.08 just on this player for January.
In the example above the player has zeroed out the bonus BUT the bonus has once again been deducted, giving the false Net Gaming value.
The deduction of bonuses twice, has taken place since @ least January 2013. Reiterating checking stats for May 2013, the bonuses are not being deducted twice, the mathematics are correct for May 2013.
