it looks ok to me. I could not see where you saw bonus money being deducted twice.
I do these caculations monthly with my retail sites. Its always credits minus debits to get to net.
In my case I have access to all the numbers, with these casinos you don’t know what money is unplayed unless you look at the player’s history from inception. You can only make a guess from gross revenue.
what it looks like is the player deposited $38K and had roughly $2k still in the account unwagered from the month before. I’m not sure how they handled VIP cash back bonuses. I would imagine its deducted somewhere or if its added to deposits it would have to be deducted somewhere else or the casino would be paying a commission on it.
And it looks like they awarded the player $7K in bonus money which they’re deducting to get to $33K net rev.
Can you show us where the program says bonus money is not deducted? If bonus money is zeroed out via play then you’re correct net should be $40K assuming the player dropped it all.
