Supplied the following:
- Mailer headers (10 seperate spams over the course of 5 weeks – stating it was merely a sample of the 100+ received);
- Full body of each mailer;
- Whois info on domain.
In the formal complaint added a brief overview stating I did not subscribe to these mailers, hence I wont use the unsubscribe as it likely only confirms my email address is active. Also state I have a static IP (supplied that) and have had this for many years. If your client can not provide this IP then your client has gained my email through a dubious means.
That pretty much seals it. 1 spammers domain degistered, 500,000,000 to go
