With all due respect FA have been accused of unethical practices conducted on this affiliate’s account. In so far as a 3’rd party audit and the recommendation eCOGRA conducts such an audit, fact is eCOGRA holds a direct conflict of interest with both FL/FA and for that matter MGS.
This would never be a bonafide 3’rd party audit due to the conflicts of interests held by eCOGRA.
Further more, there is the matter of the Live Chat transcript which clearly show a FL CSR acknowledging that a French player can still wager real money at FL online casinos, even though MGS stated they pulled out of France and stopped accepting bets from French players some time in 2010.

I’ve found through similar issues based on past doubts held toward affiliate programs, it’s the unturned rocks and the lack of evidence presented which fan further fires, when doubt could be easily avoided by addressing all issues raised in an open handed dialogue.
Providing such a short and extremely late address (OP claims 1’st raised on 01-04-2013) but FA does not respond till the 25/03/2013 IMHO hasn’t done you any favours. Just saying 
While I am a long standing FA affiliate and have always believed FA are an ethically driven affiliate program, I also used to trust Wagershare implicitly too. Now that program is black-listed on numerous affiliate forums as are other programs I’d never think in a million years would go bad.
Hence most affiliates are already hyper paranoid. Maybe something you like to consider when and if another issue presents itself on an affiliate forum again.
