Thanks muffin for the feedback, just put the maintanance plugin back on for further work. the background i fixed giving it a softer colour than the red in the header, because it was indeed a little heavy.
Adjusted the menu, i pushed it in at the botom menu deleting the top menu! cause im seo minded this was a great tip! 😎

I would put the top menu with the bottom menu and remove the top menu completely. Not only is it small, but this will reduce your above the fold blank space increasing optimization. Consider not ranking everything 5 stars although I hope this is just because you are working on it. Other than that it is a nice site that navigates well. Good to meet you and best of luck.
