I am entirely turned off by the look of the new legal landscape.
The states will be first to OK some form of legal online gaming. But participation will be limited to intrastate gaming with ‘big money’ companies. Eventually some of it may trickle down to the small operator, but not a lot. The paranoia about avoiding unscrupulous operators extends too far. As a ‘regular’ individual person, you won’t be able to earn enough to make it worth the effort.
With the extra layer of bureaucratic regulation, taxation and ‘fat’ , the era of a meaningful ‘rev share’ will be over. Once again the US will ‘screw up ‘ the entire online gaming industry.
Fed or no fed, we’re ‘screwed’!
