I’ve done a few tests with PPC traffic on Facebook – my suggestion – avoid.
I’ve had success with organic traffic building, but as soon as I involve PPC traffic and buying it from FB – I see my spend going up with no return.
There are a few articles out there, that Facebook may be jacking up the clicks to get you to spend more. Not sure how true it is.. but when, and if you ever say “I don’t make squat with FB PPC” … you’re not alone.
A while back, we were in talks with FB, our budget was about 30-40K a month to spend on FB.
Our FB advertising manager was so bad (as in 6 months later we’re still going nowhere.. and we have money to spend) .. that we just pulled out of the deal.
The last thing we wanted was to work with an advertising manager who wouldn’t be responsive to tweaking our adverts to get the best out of them.
