You will have to download wp-config-sample.php onto your computer.
Open wp-config-sample.php in notepad
Select “File” -> “Save As” ->
enter new file name “wp-config.php” – to create a new file with name “wp-config.php”
Go back to ftp client, upload “wp-config.php”
And you should be done!
