Looks really good. Love how you have broken up the advertising spots.
One thing which does get blurry for me – was pages where you had broken up the brands into different sections eg

when I scroll down to stars, pkr and lock, the text just seems to look like too much text.
I would suggest moving the bonus offer to below the logo, and keep the review text under it. Important stuff first, and associates the bonus closer to the logo.
I would also give it a rating system, out of 5 stars, not use the “Poker Room #1” – even though you have probably listed it from best to worst – a rating system everyone understands just by looking at it.
Also a huge fan on the mouseover effects you have used.
