That’s very vague. Does this mean you have the right to retroactively change commission structure?
Adding and “without notice”, makes me wonder, who would you notify other than already signed up affiliates. In which case, this clause states you don’t and wont.

PS I’m just picking up on things which are ambiguous, which given are legal clauses for your T&C’s, I’m actually doing you a favour. It things like this that come back to bite ppl in the back-side and which cause bad press. It would be nice if these terms could be made crystal clear, don’t you think?
