First of all, try and improve the meta details, and in particular, the meta title.
I also think the logo and the addthis widget should be alligned better, as they are now they are out of line, and the addthis looks like it is just floating in a random space.
Try and make more use of the white space on the left hand vertical menu, with a thing such as a newsletter form, or a banner etc. Give the user something to click on, and this can only help to convert, and/or reduce bounce rates.
I also wouldn’t ruin the image with a big bold 18+ image. Whilst thi is important information, include it at the footer instead.

Your homepage could also benefit from more content, at the moment you seem to have just a short section or around 100 words, try and aim for more, however make sure it is engaging and relevant.
Also, the space between the image and the menu seems pointless
