I haven’t tried BingAds but have dabbled in FB. With FB that does happen.. It really depends on what your promoting and the offer. You have to remember on FB that these people aren’t searching to gamble or play. You just happen to have an ad that catches their attention. So the conversion rate will be way down. Also, there are a ton of variables that can affect the registration…
Here are just a few:
– What does the player get if they register?
– Is the registration short?
– Does it require credit card info immediately?
These are things that we need to think about when doing PPC, specifically on FB. Most of these clicks are probably new to gambling online, even if targeted well. So, trust would be a major factor as well. I’m curious to see your ad and the lander you are sending them to. That would give me a better understanding of why it is or isn’t working.
