I agree, given the gaming industry is so volitile right now. Even when the USA opens up to online casinos, right now unless you have Nevada Gaming clearence, well you get the picture.
$300K maybe for casino.com or gambling.com but onlinegambling.net, I think your dreaming. Besides, for this sort of cash you’d be far better hedging your investment and placing it in the hands of Sedo etc.
No offense to anyone in these forums etc etc, though don’t think too many people around these parts have a lazy $300K to spend on a domain these day 
IMO what your trying to do is like selling a Ferrari and listing it in the free classified section.
Your not hitting your targeted market. Invest some dollars and get a professional appraisal. Then when you have a realistic price, spend some more cash and have it promoted properly and listed. You can then sit back and veto offers.
