I have had the worst support from them and have since moved each domain from them!
Support actually told me I had to email a .it registar when I purchased the domain directly from GoSh*tty to verify is was me who bought the domain . when I asked support when would my newly purchased .it domain be in my account so I can use it !
Unbelievably the worst support I have ever had in anything !
