For me it is not Google, SEO etc these things we can not control.
However the impact on your monthly earnings is depending more and more on the affiliate programs honesty, ethics etc.
1. Locked accounts – players self excluding (read more here : http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/47651-wagershare-renege-on-deal-hold-earnings-for-6-months-not-3-now.html) and How many affy programs steal your players? – Page 7
2. Detagging valuable players from affiliate accounts, only listing the small players.
3. Only show a certain % of deposits, revenue to affiliates (shaving).
4. Cross promotion – not giving credit to the affiliate for using their referred accounts.
Rewards Affiliates Scam : Players Base Compromized | Rogue Casino ProgramsIf you watch the trends more programs are willing to take the risk and jeopardize their trust and good name built for years and about to be destroyed in a short period of time.
If a program is catched and we have proof of cheating the system, I think it is a good thing to contact their licensing jurisdictions to have their license revoked as it is obvious their players are at risk too.
All we have to do is perform quality audits like eg http://www.affiliatesecure.com can we revive them ?
Inspiration… Agreed, you bring some incredible points to the table. It just shows more and more how vital it is for affiliates to have a constant pulse of what’s going on across the board with all partnered operators.
I think that affiliatesecure can bring an excellent service to the table.
What else can affiliates do? and the community as a whole, do to remedy this?
