Reading all these posts are great and the last 2-3 years there has not been a great amount of interaction with managers on the forums.There are the few good ones , Maria,Renee and Martyn but back in the day managers were our friends and it seemed their bosses understood how important it was to keep in touch with the community.
It reminds me of when we were teenagers and moving away to go to school ,we leave some great memories behind and although we have good intentions to stay in touch as time goes on we just drift apart.
As for the free trips for top affiliates ,I think that is just a consequence of the economy and losing certain markets.I have one program who netted about $500,000 last year that send a couple t-shirts and another program who always offers us tickets to visit them in Israel but I genuinely do not expect anything as a business owner with many employees I do understand the back end expenses and how they increase year after year.
I cannot imagine how greater the losses are for affiliates and players in USA and we have all lost from the processor seizures .We just have to keep moving forward and learn to reinvent the wheel.Rak and Christine plotting together that is scary idea lol
