I’ve done a bit of googling and came across a site like CAP that has also said the affiliate managers have all disappeared with no explanation.

Hi Sportspunter… I’m so sorry that you’ve been facing any issues. I was able to locate someone’s contact info with Paddy Power, and will be more than happy to try and connect you. Would you be willing to email me ([email protected]) and I’ll send an intro email.
Hands are a little tied as Paddy Power is not currently a listed program with CAP… but happy to help any way we can!
