the person sam provided all wrong details about him and also his paypal id he provided was not registered by his own name..
what can a person do in this case??
will you pay to a person whose paypal id is not on his own name and he is evrytime attaching his paypal with some of his webmasters name and acc no /??
we were dealing with him not with his webmasters how can we pay him if we are getting invoice frm his paypal id and name attached to that id is some one else’s name????
