Just wanted to share a few revisions you may want to consider:
1) Facebook Connect: Love that you have this in the upper right hand corner. Smart thinking! Great job. So it is a little bit more visible, I would suggest just including the Facebook icon. Perhaps this could even work (but smaller):

And… I would suggest getting set-up with Twitter, too.
2) Search Bar: I would suggest moving this up higher on the homepage.
3) Love that you have an email capture! Great work! Also, move this up higher on the page, and add some design around it so it will stand out more on the page.
4) User login should not be so far down the page. For your return visitors, you want to make it as easy as possible for them to access their account.
