It ‘must’ be okay. After all, you would want to review the Online Casinos in real money mode before promoting them to your customer base, ideally. I use the same player account details as with the partners. But as Caseym already said, the account should not be linked to it directly, i.e. yourself ending up earning the commission on your own losses, but then I guess this is pretty obvious. Not sure though, if you should be playing at the Casino to cash in on the odd buck. I bet they wouldn’t pay out that Jackpot, if they found out about the whole deal.
Some Affiliate partners will in fact ask you to open an account with the Online Casino for reasons such as payments and proof of identity, though the latter I only experienced in one instance.
