Sorry to hear you obviously struggled a miss communication here in the past.
To be totally honest, you as Affiliate are responsible for ensuring that your links are pulled correctly from the back office with your correct btag.
I am certain, that this below stated case, was a miscommunication between you and one of a former Affiliate manager a long time back ago.
Surely there cannot have been an intention of not providing you with the correct btag links of you, just because it is normally harming The affiliate manager as much as it hurts the affiliate/you.
How do we continue working together mate?
