As long as you are following all CAN-SPAM Compliance laws… and any new laws that the UK has implemented, you are fine. You just need to be able to provide record that the subscriber has rightly subscribed toy our mailing list, and be sure to provide adequate ways for the user to unsubscribe if they choose.
