It’s the same with forex sites. You get lots of demo traders, some real account registrations. And then there are actual conversions. Demo accounts may never go real and not all real registrations actually deposit.
Sometimes trader changes his mind, sometimes there are issues with the payment… Lots of reasons, no need to worry. It is definitely normal.
