GPWA claimed to offer a service like this, but they were too busy counting their sponsorship money so they didnt have time to maintain it…. Sad that sites like that wont give back to the community that makes them what they are. Clearly it doesnt take much to put one together and the programs do the work updating it with their links. 
I would think this would be a GREAT benefit to programs to update thousands of links in one swoop, course I never got any email from any this program about changing links for that matter I dont recall getting many from other programs either I reckon they like to keep that on the hush hush and get free traffic.
