Thanks for the heads up! While we are waiting for some clarification, I would recommend you to do anything you can to help your sister company do the right thing, because in the public court of opinion you cannot distinguish one company in a group that deliberately cheats all their affiliates from other companies in the same group with supposedly high standards. That’s just legal technicalities.
