Within those private emails was most likely some ‘to the heart’ conversations with clear and damning evidence of intent to evade the law. He too made a bargain which entailed openly confessing to wrongdoing.
So far – the 1st guy gets off totally free, the 2nd probably gets 1 year and a 1/2 million $ fine.
