Hi. It’s got nothing to do with when or how to publish the site. it’s got to do with:
1. Where the site is hosted – bad hosting company, longer to index
2. have you registered on google webmaster tools and have you submitted a google sitemap
3. get 5 or 10 social media links you’ll be indexed in a day
