At this point, if you want to be safe you should promote only pure casino sites that do not accept US players.
But, if that was the state of the industry today, wouldn’t ‘they’ start going after US based sites that merely mention gambling.
With the power of the government they can do just about anything they want and thumb their noses at the rest of the world.
