Casinodude, some programs offer hybrid deals which are very attractive for new affiliates. It’s a combination of CPA and rev share. Rather then getting say 40% revshare you would get something like $70 CPA + 25% revshare. Now say you get 5 players, that’s $350 guaranteed that you can use now for link building, etc + future revenue.
