I don’t know that it would enough for them to draw any sort of conclusion.
I am on lots of analytics profiles because I have looked at sites for sale, taken a look at a friend’s site, worked on a site and so on. I don’t think Google could conclude that a link between two sites that both have a matching email on the Analytics profile is a “bad” link that should be devalued.
Nor are all links between sites that obviously share ownership devalued – many are useful for users and are a relevant endorsement from google’s pov.
It can be a massive hassle to develop separate profiles if you run a lot of sites.
