My experience with Neteller is that you should always let them know if you are logging in from abroad – then it’s no problem. Have never had this problem with pp or mb, but actually would prefer neteller’s security solution.
Another problem while travelling in countries like France and Italy (and perhaps soon Denmark) is that some sites are blocked by operators or authorities…
