Google Reader is helpful, but many rooms / casinos do not publish an RSS feed of their promotions for some reason.
You can also use Session Buddy (chrome / FF), save a session with the promo pages of the rooms / casinos and just open that session once a day / week and scan it for changes. It’s a little bit of work, but there is not a 100% reliable alternative way to be completely updated.
