If the 3 is coming in February, i would suggest waiting to buy till then. it seems that each apple product update brings both a faster processor and more memory for the same price as the previous version.
I’ve been waiting, but wanting to get one but haven’t felt i had to yet. I waited for the 3g to get my iPhone, iPad 3 will probably get me on board.
