. From what I see your website has 3 pages and I am guessing static. If I may suggest, switch to some sort of CMS like WordPress. This would give you the easiness to add new pages and posts with a few simple clicks.
You are entering competitive niche. In order to place well in the serps and for people to register through you, you would need a lot more content, links toward your website and a lot of time to put in the website. Will not happen overnight, but set a limit depending on the free time you have. A review or two a day would be great, more will be even better.
Introduce new categories like Welcome Bonuses, Free Bets, Sign Up Offers, Special Offers whatever comes to your mind.
I am not going to go with technical details like plugins and stuff, but I am not sure how well you are with that stuff. For right now I will assume you are new into the whole online websites experience .
