It defeated the purpose of the trying to give the human element through live dealers, when you couldn’t figure out how to use the software without having to mess around with it.
I’ve played at a few “live” casinos online. The worst feature is that time limit thing. If it times out you lose your chance to raise, hit or whatever (depending on the game). With poker it’s not so bad because the software will play your hand till the end — only if you continually time out, will it fold you. But if you’re playing something like BJ and you have an 11 with the chance to double, then you time out — disaster.
