Offshore means a total risk for you because of zero guarantee. Be careful when selecting country and bank.

In the USA you can bank by mail.. But I am having trouble finding a forign bank that does this… or an overseas netbank…
Maybe one that does not require a HUGE balance… under 10k or something?
It would be very helpful for my affiliate payments… and am told this is the best method to go.
