I think the software plays a huge part in the experience as well with living dealers – well as with most things! Have messed around with 3 different products, and its amazing how unfriendly some were.
It defeated the purpose of the trying to give the human element through live dealers, when you couldn’t figure out how to use the software without having to mess around with it.
