Thank you so much for the advise! I checked out the “Copyscape” site, and it contains exactly what I need to pursue these thieves..
I also received some good advise from my son, Adrian (Live Casino Partners). He recommended that I publish my article on one of my websites first. Then, after it is indexed, that I could submit it to the various article distribution websites. This would at least show Google that the article was indexed on my website before others, and should go a long way in proving that I am the original owner.
I am still waiting Google to respond to the last complaint that I sent. It does take a while for this process to move! Kind of liking rolling a boulder uphill, in my opinion!
