They’ll try for some “trademark” bs routine – but you should be fine. 3 letter domain.. tell them they can purchase it, and its 15 year history for a nice princely retirement price.
next thing you know.. “big red” chewing gum is being sued for having the word “red” in their business name by 32red. hahah.
