None of us are lawyers, but if you speak to attorneys such as I. Nelson Rose or Larry Walters, they will tell you exactly what I’ve mentioned above. If anyone thinks there is zero risk from this activity, then they are simply being delusional.
Are those the same lawyers who Steve. S spoke to, and they told him they couldnt deal with him because of a conflict of interest? I dont know that this type of advice is something that should even be considered when its coming from the attorneys of the casinos who are giving us the shaft.
