I think you also have to consider the current processing climate, and where you are sending your traffic to when deciding on CPA and revshare.
Here’s my take on it – if you are sending US traffic to a US friendly casino – what guarantee do you have that they will be able to process that player in the future – and if they can’t – your revshare might be pointless. CPA or banner placement might be a safer option.
Revshare definitely the way to go for your non US traffic.
