Ironically,islampolicy, a website that openly incites hate and violence towards any “infidels” and encourages/coordinates terrorist activity is up and running without a hitch.
What’s wrong with the USA? They shut down .com websites that take a few bets from Americans, but won’t shut down the .com websites that espouse hate and violence?
Also, seizing domain names in this manner sets a dangerous precedent…
Suppose a court in China finds Amazon.com to be in violation of its tax policy. Could that court then shutdown Amazon.com?
