I’m sorry I beg to differ I thought the interview was inspiring especially giving the currant environment of our industry. I have been bummed out for weeks and on the verge of burning out so when I watched this video it gave me hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel! I got my mojo back 
Also I thought Warren was very humble, not at all arrogant in fact he started the interview off mentioning Lou as well as gave Lou the kudos for the founding of CAP maybe you missed that part?
