I’t s new thing that google does. For example I have “Bet on horse racing online” – as my title
I do a search for “Bet on horse racing online” (not in quotes) and I see “Best Online Horse Racing”
If you are still in the same place on google I wouldn’t worry about it – google is still reading what your page says
(PS – do you have google account setting open? or you gmail open when you are doing a search? Because if you do your search when you do – it will show your sites differently (higher position and diiff title tag)
