I am not sure why your site would have been penalised by Yahoo, but to blame it on something this trivial really (with all due respect) shows a lack of understanding of how search engines rank sites.Regards

I would not call stealing another webmasters content “trivial” no matter the amount that was copied from his site and (with all due respect) I think he has right to rant all he wants about matter, If I was him I would be totally peeved to. As for the Seo side and damage it may or may not have caused if we new all the spiders algorithms we would all be on page one in every search engine.
