A couple of points here:
1) Facebook doesn’t allow for gambling ads here in the U.S. sneaky.gif No surprise there;
2) I have advertised in other verticals on Facebook, with very little success. The sophistication
of creating ads, tracking, and reporting was really infantile in my opinion, relative to other
PPC vendors out there. The one think that I did like, however, was that I was able to
target demographics nicely — e.g., females, age 25-30, who live in the U.S. Nonetheless,
I think that they have a long way to go, before they rival Google and the like.
