They couldnt get a hold in the market with a lot of issues, mainly financial I think. It would be extremely difficult to have a new sw provider at this point. Looking at Rival and even top game they only make a hit filling in the no USA gap left bu Microgaming and Playtech. Today there is no new such gap to allow another in.
