We don’t find these new retroactive terms acceptable and remain confident they will change if enough affiliates bring up the concern in person during Budapest. We have an open line of communication with the Head of Affiliates at bwin and will raise this concern in Budapest ourselves to try and come to a resolution.

Thanks for your post. On GPWA, Mallai has posted that the terms CANNOT BE CHANGED. So what to do now? Can CAP do anything? I was hoping that something was going on behind the scenes, so I figured they should have a chance to change, but it seems like they want to tell us what affiliates want instead of listening to what we say.
