Although I never met Lou in person, he/I shared quite a bit of discussion during the UIGEA passage era. I enjoyed his realistic perspective on the state of the industry (he was definitely not a hype machine), and I’m saddened to learn about his death. He seemed way too young to pass. R.I.P.
