For me, the ideal situation would be to reverse the UIGEA, and not to tax. Unfortunately, if the former happens, the latter will inevitably happen, and I think this will be bad for affiliates. Anyway, Barney has screwed up enough over the last couple of years – glad to see that he recognizes the UIGEA for what it is though.
